Penta K Labs VI

This program is a series of Penta K Labs 5 (a biennale event – a sites-specific art project biennale by the Hysteria Collective, Semarang) which will be held around in August 2027. Penta K Labs itself is a meeting between stakeholders in the form of an art festival and symposium to discuss a particular topic comprehensively.

Its form as a visual festival that opens with a musical performance bringing in renowned musicians combined with academics, activists and researchers makes the complexity of the festival rich and multi-interpretable. Heavy content (through the symposium) combined with a festive celebration of music and art exhibitions makes the meeting of serious and playful content rich for the audience and multi-interpretable.
